Trizah Ombewa

Trizah Ombewa is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She is an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) and has served in various leadership roles in organizations that promote human rights, gender equality, and women’s empowerment in Kenya.  She is currently a graduate student at the Media School, Indiana University-Bloomington. Her research interest includes using media as a tool for legal education; and exploring the use of media platforms to educate marginalized communities about legal rights and how to access the justice system effectively. Trizah is passionate about creating a society where everyone has equal opportunities and access to justice, and continuously strives to make a positive impact through her legal expertise and community engagement.
